Abstracts
Presentations – oral and poster
On 29 April we sent out notifications for all approved abstracts for oral and poster presentations. The final detailed schedule is under construction, and will be available shortly. The allocation of oral presentations will be presented in the final programme.
Please note: One person per abstract needs to be registered to attend the conference and make the presentation onsite. All presenters pay the regular registration fee. Please register your attendance on the Registration page.
Register by 25 June at the latest to ensure the early bird reduced fee.
Instructions for preparation of your presentation
Instructions oral presentation
Each presentation will be allowed 20 minutes including questions. To meet this limit, please prepare a 15-minute presentation, to allow 5 minutes for questions. We will add further technical details closer to the conference.
Instructions poster presentation
The maximum size of your poster can be 140 cm (height) x 100 cm (width). Paper size A0 (A zero) fits well within the poster board.
The boards have a textile surface and the poster can be attached with pins. The conference organizers will provide pins onsite.

Instructions for submission
Start by entering the submission form and add your contact details and a password of your own. As long as you haven’t finally submitted your abstract, you can save changes, log in and make additions and changes.
TITLE: Spell out words, do not use abbreviations. The title or text is not to indicate the country of origin, unless it is pertinent to the topic.
AUTHORS : Names and surnames for each author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. Presenting authors’ name will be published in bold.
AFFILITATIONS : Each author should be listed by University/Hospital, Department and Country. Please make sure to include this complete information in the Affiliation text box.
TEXT: The abstract must be in English and should be a maximum of 350 words, excluding the title.
FIGURE/TABLE: You can submit ONE figure/table/image per abstract. If you have more than one figure/table please combine these into one image before uploading. Please use the separate field below the text to choose and upload the image. The image must be JPEG or PNG.
It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be published as typed by the author, if accepted. Poor English may be a cause for rejection.
The Programme Committee will accept abstracts for the Scientific Programme (oral or poster presentation) on scientific merit.
Only Abstracts of registered participants will be printed. At least one of the authors must be registered for the Conference.
